bowling championships. We are pleased to have the minister at the opening ceremony. The championships will also be an ideal opportunity for the students to display their bowling skills. In the spirit of Merdeka, we have made it compulsory for each team to have students from different races, said Loh.
The organisers are expecting 48 teams 24 each from primary and secondary schools and each team will have four players.
Loh said the championships would also serve as a platform to identify players for the PDTBA junior development programme.
